What are laminated glass doors?

Laminated glass consists of 2 individual panes of glass that are laminated together with a very tear-resistant film. Advantages: the two outside surfaces continue to reflect like glass does and the pieces stick to the film if the glass breaks. Soundproofing and penetration resistance are increased as a result.

Can also be used as walk-on glass, overhead glazing or glassed-in banisters.
