Fountain

Sprinz worked closely with the artist on the fountain in front of the cultural center in Bad Buchau. In a creative exchange, ideas and designs were technically implemented in glass. The glass elements made of safety glass consist of VSG 24, laminated safety glass made of 2 x 12 mm single-pane safety glass. Stainless steel point holders and bases fix the frosted glass elements at a specific angle in the water basin.
Roof glazing

The use of overhead glazing is now based on the TRLV.
The glass structure always requires the use of laminated safety glass on the inner side. Depending on the requirements, different types of glass can also be used on the outer side. As a rule, this is ESG.
Designs without shading systems should allow controlled ventilation. Solar control glass can also be used.
Staircase enclosure

As part of the redesign of a square in Schaffhausen, three stairways to the underground parking garage made of concrete and expanded metal were replaced with glass cubes. Sprinz developed individual solutions for static bonding and clamped point fixings. Each of the custom-made products solves a design and architectural problem.
The three glass cubes measuring 3.41 x 2.90 x 7.22 m serve as weather protection. They are open on three sides and integrate the remaining concrete plinth and stairways. They are made of
laminated safety glass or toughened safety glass, with stainless steel point fixings and profiles, black POM plastic elements and UV/weather-resistant adhesive. Glass bonding, the mounting of glass swords in glass side panels, clamp connections to compensate for tolerances and the connection of glass in different thicknesses are the unusual tasks. Static verifications were provided for all glass elements and fittings.
Connecting corridor

A connecting corridor made of translucent printed glass from Sprinz was created on the university campus in Constance. The glass blends harmoniously into the surroundings and unobtrusively connects the two parts of the building. The translucent color was printed and fused onto the glass using ceramic printing. The print is lightfast, weather-resistant and robust. The surface is easy to clean and is particularly hygienic thanks to the closed glass surface.
