Facade glazing

Transparency, translucency, and opaque screen printing

FAÇADE GLAZING FOR PRIVATE HOUSES AND PROPERTY CONSTRUCTION

The façade fundamentally shapes the appearance of a building. A harmoniously designed, visually appealing glass façade has become firmly established in modern architecture as a constructive and stylistic solution. It enables light-flooded interiors, generous use of light and an individual look.

SPRINZ façade glazing offers printed glass elements for linear or point-fixed mounting.

With opaque screen printing, you can implement individual color concepts over the entire surface, with patterns, motifs and company logos on your glass façade. In SPRINZ's in-house screen printing shop, print samples and series production are implemented using the latest technology. We are happy to advise architects and construction managers on glass selection and design at eye level.

Linear glass façade

The linear glass façade is the high-quality alternative to plaster or various types of paneling in the course of energy-efficient thermal insulation. The glass panels are finished with opaque screen printing and the profiles are attached to a substructure or fixed tightly to the wall. The print faces the wall so that the glass surface has an unrestricted shine and is protected from the weather. Windows and doors can be seamlessly integrated into the rear-ventilated cold façade. Rain gutter or blind connections and corner solutions are also possible.

The profiles are mounted horizontally; the glass pane is supported from above and below and fixed in place with a rubber profile. The milky-transparent seals at the front are discreet and barely noticeable. The profiles are 37 mm high and available in matt chrome or white. Other coatings are available on request. The glass elements made of ESG-H safety glass are 6 mm thick up to a height of 1300 mm and 8 mm thick up to a height of 1700 mm. The formats are adapted to the safety regulations for wind loads. The glass panels are waterproof and easy to clean.

Point-fixed glass façade

A special holder holds the glass façade panels discreetly and at the same time prevents overloading at the holding points thanks to its own flexibility. The exact selection of the statically required glass thicknesses and the number of point fixings required is determined by calculation programs. For even more protection, the stability is verified by accompanying test trials depending on the application.

For façade glazing, glass in the ESG-H category (heat-soak tested material) must be used in accordance with DIN 18008. We therefore recommend using products made of Spridur ESG-H or VSG made of ESG or VSG made of TVG.

Our SpriPoint holders are supplied as point holders or glass clamp holders for different thicknesses of glass. We therefore offer you complete solutions consisting of glass elements and holders for façades, all-glass systems, elevator shaft glazing, balustrades, overhead glazing, stairs and walk-on glass floors.
