Spritherm® with Superspacer
The Superspacer combines high-tech glass with an innovative edge seal system. In addition to systems made of aluminum, stainless steel, Thermix®TX.N® or TPS®, SPRINZ has added another composite system:
SUPER SPACER® is the world's first largely metal-free spacer system made of structural foam with an integrated desiccant. The structure includes an advanced, multi-layer vapor barrier that keeps moisture out and gas in the insulating glass unit.

The basic requirement for any modern building glass - in addition to its transparency with a clear view - is thermal insulation. Legal requirements on the one hand and building physics requirements on the other have turned the window glass of 30 years ago with Ug values of 6.0 W/m2K* into a high-tech product. The thermal insulation glass Spritherm® Plus S with 1.1 W/m2K* has the high glass standard that belongs to every window.
However, SPRINZ not only offers the thermal insulation glazing of today, but also that of tomorrow: with Spritherm® Plus S P with Ug values of up to 1.0 W/m2K* or Spritherm® Top S with up to 0.5 W/m2K* - the transparent wall - the glazing in your home will certainly not leave you cold!
Sound insulation
TRANSPARENT OASES IN A NOISY WORLD WITH SPRITHERM® PLUS S-WS / S P-WS
The progress and mobility of our time not only create advantages, but also an increasingly noisy world. What greenhouse gases are to nature, the ever-increasing noise pollution is to people - it makes them ill. One in six Germans already suffers from a permanent noise level of 65 dB or more.
The modern soundproof building glazing Spritherm® Plus S-WS provides the ideal solution: the insulating glass allows generous glazing on the building while excluding external noise.
Depending on the structure and type, the sound insulation ranges from 36 to 50 dB* with optimum Ug values of up to 1.1 W/m2K*. It should be noted that 10 dB of noise insulation is subjectively perceived by the human ear as a halving.

Safety glass
SAFETY FOR LIFE AND VALUES WITH SPRITHERM® PLUS SAFE
Children playing ball outside your home? Careless in the garden or house? Spritherm® Plus Safe safety glass provides the necessary stability and protection.
Even if the ball or a body comes into contact with the large glazing: Nothing happens. Should the load on the pane become too great, it will break without leaving any damaging shards.
Thermal processing methods either leave only blunt-edged crumbs (toughened safety glass) or the shards of glass adhere to a shatter-binding film (laminated safety glass). This means that there is no danger even if the glass breaks!

Sun protection
GENEROUS TRANSPARENCY WITHOUT OVERHEATING WITH SPRITHERM® SO
Living and working with and in nature is all the rage thanks to today's possibilities with large areas of glazing. However, it should be noted that in addition to the large amount of light that passes through the glazing, a lot of solar radiation energy also enters the room and can no longer escape due to the thermal insulation properties of modern glass.
This is why the functional insulating glass Spritherm® Sol offers a range of glasses with solar control properties. The thermal energy is invisibly "blocked" when there is a high level of light penetration.
The decisive factor for all solar control glazing is the ratio of light, heat and energy transmission:
The values for heat are 1.1 W/m2K, for light between 40 and 65 %* and for energy, the so-called g-value, between 20 and 60 %*.
Shading
PLAYING WITH LIGHT AND SHADE THANKS TO SPRITHERM® SCREEN
Spritherm® Screen is used for all requirements where solar control glass is not desired or where complete shading is also required. High-quality slats or films, combined with a complex but very reliable technology, allow you to create a "curtain" inside the insulating glass. Of course, the slats can also be adjusted in their angle of inclination depending on the position of the sun. They can be operated manually or electronically.
Ingenious, because the insulating glass blind has considerable advantages over previous types of shading:
- It is weather-resistant
- It does not need to be cleaned
- It provides an additional heat and light barrier
Self-cleaning
CLEANING WINDOWS WITH SUN AND RAIN THANKS TO SELF-CLEANING
The latest achievement of modern building glazing is the permanent, invisible self-cleaning effect on the outer pane. The novelty is the functionality over the entire service life of the glass and the fact that both the UV radiation of the sun and the rain are responsible for self-cleaning. So you clean with the weather!
The UV radiation breaks down organic dirt that accumulates on the glazing and the next rain shower washes it away. The self-cleaning glass from SPRINZ offers exactly what people have always wanted: to have to clean the windows much less often - at least from the outside.
