Before purchasing glass surfaces for outdoor use, pay attention to the following specifications and conditions.

Wind zones
According to DIN 1055-4, Germany is divided into 4 wind zones, each of which is subject to a different wind load. The wind zone can be determined for each location and has a direct influence on the maximum dimensions of the glass elements. The official announcements of the federal states are binding. We can provide you with information about your local wind zone on request.

Legal permissibility of SPRINZ glass elements
The purchaser must obtain information on the legal permissibility of an enclosure with a visual, wind or noise barrier made of glass from the relevant authority. We have no tested approval for the "Premium post system" from a width of 1,000 mm.

Toughened safety glass for fences
Where safety is particularly important, modern processing technologies are used to offer solutions that meet almost every requirement. We have developed safety glass that has been tested and certified for all situations. Because when it comes down to it, your protection is our top priority. Our single-pane safety glass SpriDur has three characteristic properties:
- It offers increased resistance to temperature changes.
- It has approx. 3 times higher bending strength and higher impact and shock resistance than float glass.
- In the event of breakage, SpriDur-ESG disintegrates into small, loose fragments, thus reducing the risk of injury.

Laminated safety glass for balcony balustrades and canopies (VSG)
Developed for overhead glazing, SpriSafe laminated safety glass consists of at least two panes of glass and an intermediate layer of tear-resistant polyvinyl butyral film (PVB). SpriSafe laminated safety glass is characterized by its high level of safety. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments adhere to the PVB film and reduce the risk of injury. All our SpriSafe glazing has been approved by an officially recognized testing body. This means that this glazing meets the highest safety requirements.

SPRINZ prints glass elements in color, with decors and photorealistic motifs. This results in matt white, milk white and diamond white surfaces and colorations according to RAL colors. Alternatively, we can coordinate the desired color tone with you.

You can discover decors and brilliant images in the world of motifs. On request, we can print almost any motif, such as your favorite photo or a company logo. The colors are applied using a digital or screen printing process. They are then baked at approx. 700 °C. The result: the prints are lightfast, solvent-resistant and robust. The surface is easy to clean and particularly hygienic.
