We now provide another process for printing our toughened safety glass with ceramic inks, in order to offer you completely new alternatives for designing glass surfaces. The new ceramic digital printing process.

In both the conventional and digital printing process, the glass is prestressed after printing, the ceramic inks are melted and then baked. In both processes, this gives the inks permanently high-quality colour reproduction and light fastness properties, while making them very hard-wearing and resistant to external influences at the same time.

Which of the two processes is most suitable for you depends on the application area, the production run and the colours and motifs you require. We will be delighted to give you individual advice here at a personal meeting.

On the following pages, you will find a variety of different design ideas for your home, for the interior design of public and commercial buildings and for building facades.

Ceramic screen printing

In conventional screen printing, the motif required is transferred to a screen digitally and this is followed by the imagesetting operation. Then the ceramic ink is baked into the glass in an oven at a temperature of 700°C. This produces a completely closed surface, which facilitates care and improves durability.

Ceramic digital printing

In the digital printing process, the print motif is transferred directly from the computer to the printng machine. The ink is printed on the surface of the glass with the help of the digital printng machine. In contrast to the conventional ceramic screen printing process, a screen is no longer necessary in the digital printing process.
